CONCENTRATED LEMON JUICE CLOUDY

It is obtained from the extraction in cold of the juice of lemons.
The fruit is washed, selected by sizes and squeezed in cup extractors.
The juice so obtained is centrifuged to adjust the pulp content to the client’s requirement. Then, it is pasteurized and concentrated in T.A.S.T.E. type evaporators
The product obtained is cooled, homogenized in batches and packed. Finally, it is frozen to –18ºC.
Applications: Juices, sodas, ice cream, yogurt, sauces, regulator of natural acidity.
Packaging: Drums: 200-270 kg, bins: 1000-1550 kg, beakers: 20- 25 kg

CONCENTRATED LEMON JUICE CLARIFIED

It is obtained from the first extraction in cold of the juice of lemons.
The fruit is washed, selected by sizes and squeezed in cup extractors.
The juice so obtained is centrifuged to reduce the pulp content, then it is ultrafiltered to obtain a product clear and transparent.
Then it is submitted to a debittering process, it is pasteurized and concentrated in T.A.S.T.E. type evaporators. The juice already concentrated is cooled, homogenized in batches and packaged.
After that, it is frozen to –18ºC.
Applications: Juices, sodas, ice cream, yogurt, sauces, regulator of natural acidity.
Packaging: Drums: 200-270 kg, bins: 1000-1550 kg, beakers: 20- 25 kg

DEHYDRATED LEMON PEEL

Product obtained from the peel and skin of matured and healthy fruit.
Once the product is processed and separated by the juice extractor, it goes through hammer type mills, to obtain uniform particles.
After the grounding, the peel is washed to reduce the soluble solids content.
The following stage is the pressing to reduce the moisture content.
And, finally, the peel is submitted to a drying process in rotary ovens with hot air currents.
The dry peel is cooled and compacted in net 50 k bales, using hydraulic press.
Application: Used to extract pectin and citric fibres.

ESSENTIAL LEMON OIL

It is obtained from the extraction in cold of the lemon peel.
The fruit, selected, is washed and rasped to extract the product.
The oil extracted makes an emulsion with water, that afterwards is centrifuged to separate the phases.
Then, the oil is dewaxed by storing it in cold and later on centrifuged and filtered. Finally, it is filled in metallic drums.
The produt is demanded mainly by the drinks, flavours and fragrancies industries.
It is stored in fresh rooms between 8ºC and 12ºC, protected from sunlight.
Packaging: Metallic 180 net k drums.

LEMON ESSENCE OIL AND WATER PHASES

Both are obtained during the evaporation of the lemon juice process.
The natural lemon juice that goes into the evaporator contains volatile aromatic substances, of fat and water soluble nature.
The vapors are recovered during the first effect, in the process of elaboration.
These vapors are condensed and received in tanks, where due to decantation the lemon oil phase and water phase are separated.
Applications: Used in sodas, aromas, perfumery, natural flavoring.

Our lemons are characterized by their excellence, their high juice content and a perfect state of maturity.
They are recognized, also, by its freshness and the good quality they maintain along the whole season.
They are certified by international standards, that guarantee their properties in as far as safety and quality is concerned, and have multiple uses in the industry of drinks and food. Variety: Eureka.
We work with conventional fruit and non treated fruit.
